This is our comprehensive new home for all your tourism-related business and training needs
As past users of this website can see, our industry site is transitioning into a centre for business and training resources related to operating tourism businesses in Saskatchewan. Our new URL, business.tourismsaskatchewan.com, along with a renewed focus on business support, reflects this evolution. This new Business Hub is being created in part to support tourism businesses as we continue to implement the Destination Development Strategy.
What's New
You’ll find everything that was formerly available on our industry website, plus, over time, a lot more. Our new Business Resources section houses information on starting, expanding, operating, and marketing tourism businesses in Saskatchewan. This is also where you can find information on funding sources related to COVID-19 recovery, product development and product or market diversification. Courses and Training is the section where you will find the offerings of Tourism Saskatchewan's Workforce Development department, including courses, workshops, learning materials, certifications and more.
Business and Training Blog
New to the Business Hub is the Advice and Insights section. This is where you will find blog posts on a wide variety of topics related to operating Saskatchewan tourism businesses: training success stories, case studies, top five lists, marketing tips, and much more.
The News and Events section is where tourism-related media releases from Tourism Saskatchewan and other sources can be found, as well as information on industry-related events such as conferences, town halls, presentations and more. The Statistics and Research section has been revamped to provide data, reports, dashboards, and other supporting information that is relevant to businesses of any size or in any stage of their lifecycle.
Under Construction
This new Saskatchewan tourism business hub is still in development, so bear with us over the next few months as we add more features and stories. Questions? Don’t hesitate to contact us.
