The Tourism Industry Association of Canada (TIAC) recently launched its Elevating Canadian Experiences resource hub, where tourism operators can access practical tools and resources in the areas of culinary tourism and winter/shoulder season experiences.

Throughout 2020, TIAC’s Elevating Canadian Experiences (ECE) program helped operators and stakeholders by offering a series of capacity-building webinars that addressed culinary and winter/shoulder season tourism. The resource hub builds on the knowledge shared during the virtual meetings. A variety of content is available, including industry toolkits, guidelines for strategy development, self-guided webinars, and more.
