Front Desk Agents work in the lobby or reception areas of hotels, motels and other accommodation facilities. The Front Desk Agent training course delivers the skills and knowledge needed to work effectively as a front desk agent. Learning content is based on Front Desk Agent National Occupational Standards, developed in consultation with industry experts and practitioners.
What you will learn
Front Desk Agent is divided into ten modules, covering professionalism, safety and security, guest services, reservations, arrivals and departures, and financial transactions. The course takes approximately 7.5 hours to complete.
