Kim Martin, Food and Beverage Person

Kim Martin, Food and Beverage PersonI have always had a strong commitment to customer service. I have a warm, friendly and enthusiastic personality and I love to make people smile which is why I chose the hospitality and tourism industry.

I became a server at the age of 16 and have always enjoyed meeting people throughout the years.

I chose this certification to feel better equipped with the knowledge acquired and to help me in the workplace more.

The best thing about working in tourism for me is meeting people from all over, learning about them and providing them with an exceptional customer experience, leaving them happy so they can go back home and spread the word.

Kim Martin works at Bear Claw Casino, where she achieved her Journeyperson certification in the Food and Beverage Person trade.
