Marina Khartova, Housekeeping Room Attendant
My name is Marina Khartova. I am a housekeeper at Delta Bessborough.
I started my job here five years ago. I wanted to become better at my job and prepare myself for some more important and responsible tasks. And so, this year I have received my emerit certificate in Housekeeping Room Attendant.
I chose this profession because I like the atmosphere of tourism.
Best part of my job is to help people make good memories during their stay in our hotel.
I love when our guests feel comfortable and welcomed here, and want to come back here again. With our great team, I help to provide quality service. Seeing our guests' smiles and gratitude is the greatest payback.
