Congratulations to Pamela Swampy, Home Inn & Suites Yorkton by d3h Hotels, who has achieved her Journeyperson certification in the Guest Services Representative trade.
Among other requirements, Guest Services Representatives earn their Front Desk Agent and Reservation Sales Agent emerit Professional Certifications during their apprenticeship training.
Pamela is also a recipient of the Tourism Professional Development Bursary.
